Yverlasting Yvonne Fan Club was set up in 2008 from an intially group of forumers who have a common interest which is supporting Yvonne. Since then, the fan club has received an approval from Yvonne herself and thus the fan club went official. Within a year, the Fan Club set up its own official website which was intially a web blog and a chinese forum to carter to the China fans. Looking forward, our fan club hopes to expand our existing fan club base and also foster our bonds with our fan club members. Our main objective is to unite all Yvonne fans to project a bigger voice in supporting her.

Message from Yverlasting Yvonne President

"Dear all,

The year 2009 has been fruitful for Yverlasting Yvonne as not only do we have an increase in members but also saw the achievements of Yvonne winning the top 10 most popular actress and her nomination in the recent asian tv awards. We hope the year 2010 will be as fruitful if not more fruitful than last year.
First and foremost, there are a couple of members that I would like to extend my thanks to. Without them, Yverlasting Yvonne would have not come this far. Firstly, I would like to thank Lyn for her expertise in programming and for giving Yverlasting Yvonne its very first flash banner.
Next, it would be Kite for creating the series of new banners for the festivals and her efforts in bonding with the new members who have joined Yverlasting Yvonne.
Of cos there's Adol who would always be keeping the fans updates on what's hapening in your hand in mine episodes everyday so that fans who miss the show would not be at loss as well as his contributions of Yverlasting Yvonne banners for the website.
There is also Pew and the Vice President Audrey to thank for their efforts to Yverlasting Yvonne since its start up. Pew for helping to create Yverlasting Yvonne's forum banners and Audrey for her efforts to coordinate the members each time there is a meet up with Yvonne.
Finally I would like to take this opportunity to also thank RBKD for helping Yverlasting Yvonne to confirm its officalness to those who have doubted the officialness of the FC before.
I hope members would continue to contribute in making this FC a better FC and that in future more and more members would come together to put in effort to make Yverlasting Yvonne truely Yverlasting! May you all have a great year ahead"

B. Managing and distributing of event tickets as well as the FC members
C. In charge of holding the funds

A. Designing and managing of FC boards and t-shirts
B. In charge of the account book as well as the receipt book

A. Designing of pictures, banners
B. Support in managing the chinese forum

Fan Club Rules and Regulations

1. FC Tickets
Audrey (VP) will be in charge of distributing the tickets that Yvonne get for us for every event.
Tickets will be distributed as follows:
A. Committee members (Aud, Xin, Pew, Kite) will be given a 3 day notice to take up the tickets if the notice was posted on the forum and 1 day to reply if they are notified about the tickets availability through sms.

Summary:
Forum announcement: 3 days from the day of post to reply
Sms announcement: 1 day from the day of post to reply. (24 hours)

B. After which the tickets will be distributed to the FC members. The same rules applies.

C. If there are any available tickets left, it will be open for all forum members to take ( note: those FC or committee members cannot take again)

NOTICE: EVERYONE IS ONLY ENTITLED TO ONE TICKET. THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TICKET MUST BE ACCEPTED BY THE PERSON HIMSELF/HERSELF. NO ONE IS ALLOW TO TAKE FOR THE PERSON (APPLIES TO ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND FC OR FORUM MEMBERS)
ANYONE FOUND BREACHING THE RULE WILL BE DEAL WITH! INCLUDING COMMITTEE MEMBERS! (FAIR FOR ALL)
Should the person be unable to attend to the event, he or she has to inform Audrey so that she could give to someone else.
Audrey receiving the tickets will have to inform the available tickets in the following order:
1. committee members
2. FC members
3. Forum members
2. FC membership

NOTE: ONLY WHEN THE FC FORM HAS BEEN PROCESSED BY THE ADMINS DO YOU BE CONSIDER PART OF THE FC.

Anyone who wants to join the FC are to download the FC form from the website, fill it in and send it to admin@linxiangping.com Only when your details are processed then you are considered as FC member. Once it is processed, forum members will have their status change to FC members and be able to access to the FC section.

3. Official Watermark

As of today, all image posted onto the forum (of yvonne) must bear the watermark ( www.linxiangping.com)
